Weekly one on one coaching / mentor meetings to build your faith and grow in wisdom with how to properly strength train and fuel your body
these habits will be personalized to you and your goals
For ex: You might be doing a 30 minute walk each day and eating a different breakfast than your friend who is walking 20 minutes. While the core habits stay the same, they will vary in amount/time/food/water intake/workouts/macros and also change based off how you progress through the year.
This is NOT a get-fit quick program. This is fitness the way God intended. It is sustainable, and you will reap harvests and experience transformation at the right time. No shortcuts. This is NOT for women who are half in half out - Holy Habits 2026 is for women who truly feel convicted to make a change and be a role model for those around her by living a healthy lifestyle.
