Terms and Conditions

Welcome to The Refinery Movement, operated by AJ Amrhein, LLC, owned by Alexsis Amrhein.

By submitting a coaching application and opting in, purchasing, enrolling in, or participating in any program, coaching service, subscription, digital product, or content provided by The Refinery Movement, you agree to the following terms and policies.

1. Services

The Refinery Movement provides online services including but not limited to:

  • 1:1 fitness coaching

  • Group coaching programs

  • Strength training programs

  • Faith-based mentorship

  • Digital courses and downloadable materials

  • Subscription-based programs

  • Support from assistant coaches

All services are educational and informational in nature.

We reserve the right to modify, update, or discontinue services at any time

2. Eligibility

By participating in our services, you confirm that:

  • You are at least 18 years of age

  • You are physically able to participate in exercise programs

  • You have consulted a physician or voluntarily chosen not to

  • All information you provide is accurate

3. Medical Disclaimer & Assumption of Risk

The Company is not a medical provider. We do not diagnose, treat, prevent, or cure medical conditions.

Participation in fitness programs involves inherent risks, including but not limited to:

  • Muscle strains

  • Injury

  • Illness

  • Aggravation of existing conditions

  • In rare cases, serious injury or death

By participating, you voluntarily assume all risks associated with exercise and program participation.

You agree that you are solely responsible for your health decisions and physical condition.

4. Release of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, you release and hold harmless:

  • Alexsis Amrhein

  • AJ Amrhein, LLC

  • The Refinery Movement

  • All assistant coaches, contractors, and representatives from any and all claims, damages, losses, injuries, or liabilities arising out of participation in any program or service. Your participation is voluntary and at your own risk.

5. No Guarantees

Results vary from person to person.

We do not guarantee:

  • Weight loss

  • Muscle gain

  • Physical transformation

  • Specific health outcomes

  • Spiritual growth outcomes

  • Financial or personal results

    Your results depend on your effort, consistency, health status, and individual circumstances.

6. Payments & Refund Policy

All sales are final unless otherwise stated in writing.

Due to the digital and coaching-based nature of our services:

  • No refunds will be issued for digital products

  • No refunds will be issued for partially used coaching programs

  • No refunds will be issued for missed sessions

  • Subscription cancellations must occur prior to the next billing date

Failure to complete a program does not entitle you to a refund.

We reserve the right to remove participants from programs without refund if conduct is inappropriate or disruptive.

7. Intellectual Property

All content provided by The Refinery Movement, including but not limited to:

  • Workouts

  • Programming

  • Devotionals

  • PDFs

  • Videos

  • Guides

  • Branding

  • Written materials

is the intellectual property of AJ Amrhein, LLC.

You may not copy, distribute, reproduce, sell, or share materials without written permission.

8. Assistant Coaches

The Company may utilize assistant coaches to support program delivery.

All assistant coaches operate under AJ Amrhein, LLC. The Company is not liable for individual interpretations of coaching advice provided within the scope of services.

9. Post-Term Coaching & Month-to-Month Continuation

Upon completion of the initial contract term (whether 6-month, 12-month, or otherwise specified), coaching services will automatically transition to a month-to-month agreement unless otherwise stated in writing.

During this month-to-month period, coaching services will continue uninterrupted, and the Client agrees to ongoing monthly billing at the current applicable rate.

After the initial contract term has been fulfilled, the Client may cancel their month-to-month coaching at any time by providing written notice (email is sufficient) at least 7 days prior to the next billing date. No refunds will be issued for payments already processed.

Failure to provide cancellation notice prior to the billing date will result in the next month’s charge being processed as scheduled.

AJ Amrhein, LLC (The Refinery Movement) reserves the right to modify monthly rates with reasonable notice to the Client.
